Hello Warsaw students, parents, and staff.  My name is Mr. Richardson, often known as Mr. Clean, t-rich, or from time to time baldy;-)  I have been married since 2009 to my lovely wife Laura, and we have a little boy name Willis. One of my favorite things to say to him when he is talking is, "what you talkin about Willis?" You parents out there might know what I am talking about! We attend the Church of Christ in Bolivar Missouri, which I have been a member of since I was 12 years old. 

I grew up in Laclede County Missouri.  I attended school at Conway for 13 years, graduating there in 2003.  I then attended SMSU for a couple of years, before it's name changed to Missouri State University, graduating in 2008.  My first education position was at Lebanon Junior High School.  I was a special education para-professional for two years, and a 7th grade social studies teacher for one year.  In 2011 I was hired at Warsaw High School to be an American History Teacher.  I stayed in this position for three years, and then moved to the elementary school to be counselor.  While there I finished my master's degree in counseling from Lamar University.  After three years in the elementary, an opening came available in the high school to be counselor, and that is where I have been since.

Besides being an educator, I own a small farm in Northern Polk county.  We raise Texas Dahl big horn sheep, Big Horn Jacob Sheep, and Angus cows.  During the summers we cut and bale hay for our animals, and also do rotational grazing plots for the lambs.  

When I am not working, I enjoy hunting and fishing.
