Free Physicals
We will be giving FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS again this year at Warsaw High School on May 9th during the school day. This will be available to all current 6th-11th grade students.
The physical packet needs to be filled out completely, including parent signature. You must have a current physical on file at the schools to be able to participate in ANY school activities.
If you are unsure if your student athlete needs a physical you can check on your PRIVIT account or have your student check during their lunch period.
Physicals are good for two years so if your student got a physical last year it is still good till the end of next school year unless otherwise noted.
All 5th graders coming into 6th grade wanting to participate in athletics needs to have a physical and a PRIVIT account set up.

Golden Valley will be offering free physicals at their clinic throughout the month of May to all students.
