Mrs. Weber is excited to take the next step in her career and serve students as a Special Education teacher at North Elementary. She is especially excited to be working in what she describes as her dream job with a school district she is proud to be part of.
Outside of school, Mrs. Weber enjoys spending time with her three grown sons and five grandchildren. She also loves relaxing at the family cabin at the lake, reading, and needlepoint. Her 11-year-old Yorkie, Daisy, is also an important part of the family! 🐾📚

We’re excited to welcome Mrs. Tucker to the Warsaw R-IX faculty! She earned her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education from College of the Ozarks in 2016 and recently completed her master’s degree in School Counseling from Avila University.
This will be Mrs. Tucker’s 11th year in education. She began her career as a high school Agriculture teacher and FFA advisor before teaching preschool and later spending four years as a 4th-6th grade Special Education teacher. These experiences have strengthened her passion for helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Becoming a school counselor has been a dream of Mrs. Tucker’s for several years, and she is excited to build meaningful relationships with students, support families and staff, and help every child reach their full potential. 💚
Outside of school, Mrs. Tucker enjoys reading, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Dakota, have two children, Truett and Peyton. Their family has also set a goal of visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks! 🏕️📚
