North and South Elementary Schools will celebrate our students' grandparents on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024. Grandparents Day will begin at 1:00 and go until 2:00. We are excited to host our grandparents and have a great afternoon of fun and learning.

Graduation for the class of 2024 has been set for Thursday, May 16th, at 7pm on Football Field.
2024 Summer School will be May 28th - June 21st, 2024. More information to come on Summer School.

We anticipate that with temperatures coming up this afternoon, road
conditions will improve by the time school is out. We have no current plan to dismiss early today.

Reminder: Balloons or Glass items are not allowed on the buses.
If you have either of these items delivered to school for your student and they ride a bus parents will need to come pick those items up from school.

Bus B is having engine issues. We have another bus on the way to pick up students. All students are safe, but they will be home late this afternoon.

Reminder: Parents dropping off and picking up their children will need to exit off of Commercial to Oak Street and turn left onto Stagecoach Avenue and enter the drop off and pick up lane. Please do not come up other roads to drop off or pickup.
We will have elementary tutoring today 1/24 & tomorrow 1/25.
If your child is not supposed to stay, please contact the front offices before 2:00pm.
Our hope is to have school tomorrow (1/23), but our gravel roads our still icy. The forecast is for 37 degrees and raining at midnight to help clear them up. We will make a final decision on school in the morning. If we do not have school, then we will use Jan. 29th as make-up.
Bus F route is running behind due to issues with our seats on the bus. They did not leave the HS/JBMS parking lot on time. We are working on getting students home using a small bus. It will take a couple of trips, so they will be late getting to their stops.
We apologize for not be able to be more specific about Bus D. Bus D had an issue at the intersection of HWY BB and HWY 65. The tire hit the yield sign and made it go flat. All students were transferred to a new bus and should be on the way home. All students are safe.
Bus D will be running late this afternoon. It should be around 15 to 20 minutes behind.
