Classified Staff Member for March 2024: Mishelle Johns
Mishelle Johns has been selected as the Classified Staff Member of the Month for March 2024. She was nominated by multiple individuals and selected by the administrative team.

“I just wanted to share. She is always a great help as a bus para, she even escorts students inside the building, to their rooms, and to their vehicles at car duty. She is a great asset as a para and bus aide and has a natural ability to assist with students who have behavior issues, always with a positive attitude and smiling face. ”
“Mrs. Johns has been a fantastic addition to our staff at both elementary buildings. She helps with ECSE kids on the bus and at South and works in our Significant Support classroom at North. Mrs. Johns goes above & beyond for the students she works with. Just this morning she bought one of our highest needs students a stuffed chicken because that is his current obsession to make his day! We are so lucky to have her serving our highest needs students.”
“Mrs. Johns works with some of our toughest kids, everyday, with smiles on their faces. She is consistent and kind when her students are cantankerous. She teaches academics, as well as life skills (like brushing hair & teeth, tying shoes, zipping coats, etc.), and she helps hold her students accountable. Our jobs at North run more smoothly because of our amazing support staff!”
