At Warsaw schools, we've dedicated specific time within the school day to ensure students receive the academic support they need.
Each building has designatd periods for Response to Intervention (RTI), allowing students to complete assignments with the assistance of teachers. This focused time is essential for helping students stay on track with their work and reinforcing their understanding of key concepts. At JBMS and WHS, this support is integrated into advisory time, while at North and South Elementary Schools, it is part of a building-wide RTI schedule.
This structure replaces the need for after-school tutoring, although some teachers may still offer additional tutoring hours as necessary. We’re excited about this opportunity to help students enhance their knowledge and skills for success. Throughout the school year, we will continuously evaluate the RTI and advisory structure and make adjustments as needed.
