Congratulations to the High School for being awarded the Cleanest School in the District for the 1st quarter of the 2024-2025 school year! A special thanks to the High School custodial staff Steve Johnson, Linda Hiserote and Jimmy Burr for their hard work to obtain this award.
South Elementary came in close behind as runner-up. A walkthrough conducted by Hillyard (a third-party cleaning resource) at the end of first quarter rated each building with the following scores:
High School: 3.09
South Elementary: 3.06
John Boise Middle School: 2.88
North Elementary: 2.82
According to Warsaw School’s Director of Maintenance, Tim Snider, the schools are in great shape overall. He applauded the custodial staff, teachers, students and support staff by sharing, “As a whole, the custodial staff is doing a great job with the time they have dedicated to their daily assignments. As our school grows in size it's becoming a challenge for them to complete their daily tasks without the help of teachers, students, and staff. The custodial staff and I would like to give out a huge thank you to all school staff members that help out when they can. It is much appreciated. We try to ensure our facilities give our students and staff a sense of home away from home. We take pride in keeping all facilities clean, safe, and a positive environment for all.”
Cheers to a tradition of pride & excellence in keeping our schools clean. Keep up the great work, Wildcats!
