Classified Staff Member of the Month March 2025: Jeri Smith
Jeri Smith has been selected as the Classified Staff Member of the Month for March 2025. She was nominated by multiple individuals and selected by the administrative team.

“Jeri is always willing to help out wherever is needed in our early childhood program. Jeri is someone that displays professionalism in all areas of her job. She is a hard worker and dependable. When asked to take on an additional duty, Jeri never hesitates to help. Jeri has served our school district for many years and the Warsaw students and staff are lucky to have her.”
“Jeri has been a dedicated member of the Warsaw school district and continues to do what is best for our students. Thanks Jeri for all that you do!”
“Jeri has been a phenomenal employee in my experience working with her. She always is willing to lend a hand in area of need. Whichever classroom has Jeri, has a calm stabilizing presence in that classroom. Jeri has announced her retirement and she will be sorely missed. Jeri has been in ECSE or preschool throughout her career and I cannot think of a better staff member to be the first face they associate with the Warsaw School District, to so many students and families”
