Teresa Flores has been selected as the Certified Staff Member of the Month for March 2025. She was nominated by multiple individuals and selected by the administrative team.

“Last week a tragedy impacted not just the Climax Springs community, but also many of the surrounding communities. Teresa stepped up to support the students at Climax Springs, and the students here at Warsaw. While doing this very difficult work, she continued to support our students with the many issues that they are facing daily. She truly is an inspiration to everyone and I feel very honored to work with her each day.”
