During the next couple of weeks, expect some changes to traffic flow at the high school entry area. There will be a change from using the lower driveway to using the straight drive through that goes towards the bus barn. The straight drive through will not be asphalted yet, but when they begin asphalting there could be some delays. Their goal is to start the asphalt during the week of 8/4, which will be our athletic dead week.  
Once again, thank you for your flexibility as we work through these changes.

🎉 Congratulations to one of our very own WHS students, Isaac Henderson, and the entire 53rd class of the Missouri Cadet Patrol Academy! 🚨👮🏻‍♂️👏🏼 Thanks to the support of our local American Legion, Isaac joined other 16-18-year-olds for a week-long academy that offered a first-hand look at what it takes to serve with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Throughout the week, students trained in marching, discipline, road safety, firearms safety, combat skills, and leadership — all while taking on challenging physical activities both in the gym and in the water. The Missouri Cadet Patrol Academy is designed to inspire young adults who are considering careers in law enforcement — and with Isaac’s goal of joining the Missouri State Highway Patrol in the near future, this experience has brought him one step closer to achieving his dream. 🚔💼 #WildcatExcellence #Service #MSHP

🎉 Congratulations to Mrs. Winters – our 3rd Annual STEM Teacher of the Year! Sponsored by Angler’s Port Marine With support from the Toshiba America Foundation, Mrs. Winters secured a $4,700 grant to purchase PocketLab Sensors for her classroom. 👩‍🔬⚙️ Her students used the sensors to collect real-time data on acceleration, calculate maximum velocity, and continually improve the performance of their mousetrap racers. 🐭🚗 This hands-on project allowed students to apply physics principles while engaging in critical thinking and advanced problem-solving with cutting-edge technology. 🎊💚🥎 The City of Warsaw has officially proclaimed May 28th as Lady Wildcats Day in honor of our incredible 2025 Warsaw Lady Wildcats Softball Team! With an outstanding 24-2 season record, the Lady Wildcats fought their way through the Ozark Highlands Conference Championship, the Class 2 District 7 Championship, and ultimately claimed the top prize by winning the MSHSAA Class 2 Spring Softball State Championship! 🏆🙌 Led by the passionate and dedicated coaching duo Kelli Eierman and Eric Flores, this team showed unmatched heart, hustle, and determination—and made our entire community proud! 💪💚 👏 A huge thank you to the City of Warsaw and Mayor Eddie Simons for recognizing these athletes’ incredible accomplishments and officially declaring this special day in their honor.
